Simple Method to Open 3rd Eye - 1st Set

Method
1. Can be practised while standing or seated.
2. Be completely relaxed in mind and body.
3. Place both palms together in prayer mode in front of chest. See pic.
4. Focus your Yi (mind intent) on the middle fingers.
5. Use the tip of your middle fingers to massage the Yintang point (between the eye brows) 49 or 108 circles, first anticlockwise, then clockwise the same number of times.
Repeat as many times as you're comfortable with. The massage should not be too hard or too soft.
